Stewards Comments

KIM COIN Bumped shortly after the start. Raced wide in the early and middle stages. NIKE HEIR Bounded at the start. THE PURPLE PARROT Bumped and crowded shortly after the start and raced in restricted room for a short distance. RANCHER'S GOLD Slipped badly behind on jumping and as a result was unable to obtain a forward position in running. Raced wide from the 600m when attempting to improve its position and failed to finish the race off as anticipated. A post race Veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. Trainer advised that he would have the gelding undergo a full Veterinary examination as a result of it commencing awkwardly and should it recover well with no adverse effects it would be his intention to nominate it to race in one week's time. AHOY CALYPSO Commenced awkwardly and bumped. MEGG'S CURRENCY Bumped at the start. Brushed the running rail at the 1100m.
