Stewards Comments

POP CULTURE Lay inwards in the straight. CAIGUNA Raced wide throughout. Raced in restricted room for a short distance near the 400m. OPERA SERIA Raced wide from the 500m. VOICES OF SPRING Held up for clear running from on straightening until the 200m. ELITE BELLE Bumped at the start. Raced wide throughout. Lay inwards passing the 400m. MA MARIAH Jumped awkwardly and shifted outwards and bumped. MISS CARNAGE Reared striking its head on the barrier partition sustaining abrasions to its head and was subsequently withdrawn by the Stewards acting on Veterinary advice. Due to the filly's barrier manner Trainer was advised that it would have to trial to the satisfaction of Stewards before racing again. A post race Veterinary examination revealed the filly to have blood in its off side nostril.
