Stewards Comments

IT WON'T BE LONG Raced wide on straightening. Lay inwards in the straight. REGAL MISS Raced keenly through the early and middle stages. BAROSSA RED Slow into stride. Pulled hard in the early and middle stages and raced wide for the majority of the event. Trainer was advised to continue to engage the services of a senior rider for the gelding's future starts. HUDSON HAWK When questioned regarding the unplaced performance, rider advised that the gelding failed to travel comfortably throughout and as a result was under pressure from the 800m. A post race Veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. ZERONIMO Raced wide from the 800m. MANAGING DIRECTOR Held up for clear running from on straightening until steadied outwards at the 250m to obtain clear running. PRINCE SUDURKA Raced wide throughout.
