Stewards Comments

SOO AUSPICIOUS Returned having cast its near fore plate during running. YOU WANT SUMA DIS Commenced to race keenly leaving the 1400m and continued to do so for some distance. GALAXY PRINCE Shifted outwards from heels near the 800m and bumped with another runner. A post race Veterinary examination revealed the gelding to have returned with cardiac arrhythmia. Trainer was advised that the gelding will require a Veterinary Certificate of Soundness including an ECG prior to trialling and will have to trial to the satisfaction of Stewards prior to racing again. OPERATIONAL Proved difficult to load. DUE TO REIGN Raced wide for the majority of the event. CHARLIE'S PRIDE A post race Veterinary examination revealed the gelding to have returned with minor damage to the off fore hoof wall. FLIRT AROUND Bumped and mis-strode leaving the 800m and raced wide from thereon. Trainer sought and was granted permission to remove the blinkers from the filly for future starts.
