Stewards Comments

BLITZ'EM Rider advised that the gelding raced greenly during running. Raced wide throughout. Rider dropped his near side rein passing the 200m. TERRA PARK Race keenly in the early stages getting its head in the air passing the 1000m. A post race Veterinary examination revealed the gelding to have returned with a slightly elevated heart rate and was slow to recover. SPIRIT OF SANDRA Crowded and steadied when under pressure passing the 200m. Following the disappointing performance, Trainer sought and was granted permission to remove the blinkers from the mare for its next start. SURFCAT Shifted outwards quickly from another runner when under pressure passing the 200m.
