Stewards Comments

PIN ROUGE Commenced awkwardly. DOUTABLE Steadied when racing keenly near the 1000m. Held up for clear running in the early stages of the straight. DEVILISH INTENT Steadied from heels when over-racing slightly near the 1000m. GREATWALL OF CHINA Held tight and impeded momentarily near the 100m. DON'T SAY BOO Raced wide from the 1000m. Returned having cast its off fore plate during running. FULL STEAM AHEAD Raced wide on straightening and shifted inwards and bumped near the 300m. Returned having cast its near hind plate during running. MAVROMATA Bounded at the start. Rider explained that after losing ground at the start the mare did not travel comfortably during running and is best suited when able to be positioned on the pace. SAEZURI Bumped and carried inwards across the heels of another runner near the 300m and was restrained and then impeded for clear running until near the 200m.` ANCIENT SPELL Raced wide from the 600m. GIANT'S ISLAND Raced wide until obtaining a position outside the leader approaching the 1000m. VICTOBOUGG Raced ungenerously approaching the 1000m and got its head in the air. Unable to obtain clear running in the straight.
