Stewards Comments

TIMBERLANDS On return to the stable Trainer advised that the gelding had strained a tendon and would now be retired. Trainer was advised that the gelding would require a Veterinary Certificate of Soundness before racing or trialling again. NO EXPECTATIONS Held up between the 300m and 200m. VINDANE Slow into stride and was held up in the straight. HYDEN Threw its head at the 1300m and then commenced to race keenly in the middle stages of the race. THE DEVELOPER Lay outwards in the straight. LEICA BUTTERFLY Raced wide throughout. TE QUIERO Returned having bled from both nostrils during running. Trainer was advised that the gelding would now suffer the disabilities of AR53A.
