Stewards Comments

WARAHOON Proved difficult to load and was fractious in the barriers prior to the start. Commenced awkwardly. A post race veterinary examination revealed an abrasion to the near hock. Trainer was advised he must take steps to rectify the geldings racing manner or further action may be taken against it. Trainer was further advised a senior rider must be engaged for the geldings future engagements. NIKAYLA'S GOLD Raced wide for the majority of the event. AKNIGHTUS Had a tendency to lay inwards in the straight. Returned with blood in its near nostril. A post race veterinary examination revealed the gelding to have a laceration to the inside of its near nostril. BELLADEN Slow into stride. Raced wide for the majority of the event. MISS SAMBUCA Raced keenly in the early and middle stages. Raced wide throughout. PRETTEE PRETTEE Raced wide on straightening.
