Stewards Comments

TWILIGHT OBSESSION Bumped at the start. ELECTRIC SKELETON Bumped at the start. KISSINGER Raced wide throughout. MANIC NIRVANA Is a gelding. Raced greenly in the straight and when tested with the whip veered inwards abruptly having to be checked from heels near the 250m. Trainer was advised that due to the gelding's racing manner, it would have to trial to the satisfaction of the Stewards prior to racing again. RETURN TO RIO Raced greenly when leading. VENETIAN QUEEN Returned having cast its off hind plate during running. A post race veterinary examination revealed the mare to have returned with an abrasion to the off hind heel. BITTER EMU Raced keenly in the early and middle stages. DIANELLA Crowded at the start. GRANADILLA MISS Slow into stride. Hung outwards significantly throughout making the turn into the straight extremely wide . Trainer was advised the mare would have to trial to the satisfaction of Stewards prior to racing again. REAL COFFEE Got its head in the air at the start and lost ground.
