Stewards Comments

HINZLEY Compounded at the 300m. When questioned regarding the performance, rider advised that the gelding had travelled comfortably in running however in his opinion may not have been suited to today's prevailing track conditions. Trainer advised that the gelding would now be sent for a spell. CHESTER'S MILL Held up for clear running on straightening and raced in restricted room and bumped with another runner. MORTGAGE Fractious in the barriers prior to the start. DUE TO REIGN Raced wide throughout. Rider advised that the gelding made a respiratory noise following the race. A post race Veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. NO EXPECTATIONS Raced wide from the 600m. INCENTIVE SCHEME Raced keenly leaving the straight on the first occasion and raced wide from the 600m. LOWNDSIE Held up for clear running on straightening having to be steadied and angled outwards at the 250m to obtain a clear passage. STORMOUT Lay outwards from on straightening and then lay inwards when being corrected by its rider. TE QUIERO Bumped on straightening. LORDSHIP Late withdrawal at the request of Trainer's representative due to the prevailing track conditions. Trainer was advised that the gelding would not be permitted to start on tracks rated Slow in future. GRANADILLA MISS Commenced awkwardly. Momentarily impeded on straightening and again passing the 150m.
