Stewards Comments

On jumping MAIS CERTAINEMENT veered outwards causing CHELSEA to be restrained. At the 2100m BERNADETTE strode onto the heels of NATIONAL MISS and dipped. LA FONTAINE which was pulling, shifted in at the 2050m crowding LAURELAINE. LAURELAINE was held up approaching the 600m. BELLQUIN had to be restrained behind the tiring MAIS CERTAINEMENT. On the 400m NATIONAL MISS which was tiring badly, had to be restrained when brushed by SIMPLY EBONY. AMERICAN QUILT had to steady behind NATIONAL MISS on straightening. At the 300m CHELSEA lay inwards brushing the hindquarters of LA FONTAINE. CHELSEA then had to be straightened when laying inwards and bumping the hindquarter of LAURELAINE. CHELSEA raced wide in the middle stages.
