Stewards Comments

STEEL MICRON threw its head at the start striking Jockey Franzinelli in the face. Racing to the 1300m GRIEVOUS when pulling hard, steadied off the heels of SWEET GARLAND and lost ground. GRIEVOUS then had to be steadied away from the heels of PROTO GOLD. GRIEVOUS continued to pull hard in the middle stages. PROTO GOLD raced ungenerously in the early and middle stages. LOMADELL held up for a clear run between the 400m and the 250m, then near the 200m rolled out brushing CHERRYDALE BAY. Passing the 200m CHERRYDALE BAY lay outwards inconveniencing PROTO GOLD then crowded CORPORATE BLAZE onto THUNDERBALL JAXON. Jockey L. Howlett (CORPORATE BLAZE) dropped her whip at the 100m.
