25 October 2011 Stewards Media Release

On 6 October 2011, Mr John Zucal, Chairman of Stewards was involved in a minor car accident whilst driving a RWWA owned vehicle.
Mr Zucal failed to report the incident to police and RWWA and as such was in breach of traffic laws and RWWA company policy.
Mr Zucal has subsequently notified relevant authorities.
As a result of these breaches, Mr Zucal recognises the position he occupies as Chairman of Stewards and as such has resigned from this position.
RWWA has accepted Mr Zucal’s resignation and will be putting in place immediate steps to recruit a new head of the Integrity Division in Western Australia.
