City Rumble gave early leader Gingin Local a commanding 10-length lead on straightening before powering past for an emphatic win.
The Terry Erenshaw-prepared greyhound was having his first start on the Mandurah track after debuting earlier in January.
At his previous four outings at Cannington, City Rumble won twice before a second placing to Devine Fortune.
Earlier Kennel mate Buddy Be Cool continued a good night for Erenshaw when he won the Rudge Peel Stake (405m) by a dominant eight lengths.
Buddy Be Cool bounced back in a time of 22.59secs after running last at his previous two starts at Cannington.
Iodine Rescue was well supported on tote for new trainer Andrew Russel and he duly saluted in the Typhoon Monelli Maiden Stake (490m).
The black dog finished strongly from behind the leaders in 27.91secs to land his first win in ten starts.
