The RWWA Stewards have been advised by the ChemCentre (Perth) that the banned substance benzoycocaine has been confirmed as detected in the urine sample taken from Jockey Campbell McCallum at Belmont Park Trials on Monday, 11 June 2012.

Acting under the provisions ARR81A (3) Jockey McCallum had been stood down as of 15 June 2012 following the preliminary report of the ChemCentre advising of the above irregularity.

Accordingly an inquiry into this report is scheduled for 1.00pm on Friday, 29 June 2012 in the Stewards Room at Ascot Racecourse which Jockey McCallum has been directed to attend.
