RWWA Stewards have opened an inquiry into the bona fides and incorrect presentation of the pacer CULLENS CROWN for Race 1 the Tabform Stakes (2130m) at the Gloucester Park racemeeting conducted on Friday, 11 September 2009. CULLENS CROWN was withdrawn from this event.
Further the Stewards will inquire into the bona fides of the pacer that was presented as CULLENS CROWN at the following racemeetings and official trials:
1. Gloucester Park racemeeting – Friday 4 September 2009.
2. Northam racemeeting – Tuesday 18 August 2009.
3. Gloucester Park official trials – Monday 31 August 2009.
4. Byford official trials – Sunday 23 August 2009.
The Trainer of the gelding, Mr Gary Hall Snr has been requested to attend this inquiry which will be held on Wednesday, 23 September 2009 at 11am at the RWWA Stewards Room situated at Gloucester Park.
