The 2009/2010 Player Country Cups Series got under way on Thursday with the running of the $30,000 XXXX Gold Kalgoorlie Boulder Cup.
Blissful Snag earned 17 points by virtue of his win for trainer Terry Atkins and driver Aldo Cortopassi while runner-up Outstandin received 14 points for trainer Bryce McIntosh and driver Mark Reed.
Trainer Noel Keiley and driver Peter Tilbrook and Just Tipple all picked up 11 points in the trainer, driver and horse categories per medium of the horse’s third placing. The next of this season’s $30,000 Cups will be the Narrogin Cup
