TAB Sportsbet report Port Adelaide superstar Chad Cornes has been heavily backed from $8.00 into $6.50 in the last 48 hours to win the Brownlow Medal.
Cornes now holds the third line of betting behind $2.10 favourite Gary Ablett and the Kangaroos' Brent Harvey at $4.00.
Collingwood's Tarkyn Lockyer continues to generate solid specking at longer odds, firming from $61 into $51 this morning. Lockyer currently represents TAB Sportsbet's worst result in Brownlow Medal betting.
