Following a submission from the WA Trotting Association, the date for the conduct of the heats of the 2010 WA Sales Classics for 2yos has been brought forward seven days from April 24th to April 17th.
The proposed six day gap between the heats and finals was seen as being potentially detrimental to the prospects of horses which qualified for the respective finals.
The heats for the two $115,000 Finals (one each for colts and fillies) will now be run at Gloucester Park on Saturday 17th April 2010.
The finals remained unchanged being scheduled for Friday 30th April 2010.
