Our Sales & Marketing Division is the revenue-generating hub of our business. Our Customer Management Representatives play a vital role in supporting our account customers by:
- Assisting new customers to open TAB accounts with RWWA;
- Ensuring these accounts remain open by assisting existing customers with any ongoing queries or concerns;
- Contributing to the promotion of RWWA’s products and services.
This Business Never Sleeps!
- We operate 7 days per week;
- Under a rotational roster, including evening & weekend shifts;
- Appropriate penalty rates apply.

- Experience providing quality customer service within a fast-paced environment;
