FORZA DI VOLONTA was withdrawn by the Stewards at 7pm on Friday, 30 April 2010 from its engagement in the Clipsal 2yo Fillies WA Sales Classic Final (G1).
Blood samples taken from FORZA DI VOLONTA on Friday evening 30 April 2010 revealed no analytical abnormalities.
The evidence presented to the inquiry did not substantiate that a stomach tubing had taken place.

- Comprehensive submission on penalty.
- Guilty plea and forthright manner in dealing with the inquiry.
- The negative impact of his actions on the image of Harness racing.
- Blemish free record.
- The seriousness of the charges.
