RWWA Stewards today continued the inquiry into a report received from RWWA Principal Investigator Mr P. O’Reilly regarding an alleged incident outside a Belmont Restaurant on Saturday evening, 17 April 2010.
Further evidence was taken from Licenced Trainers’ Mr K. Mcauley, Mr B. Pearce and Mr C. Pearce, Stablehand Mrs P. Mcauley and an on course patron.
This inquiry was adjourned until a time and date to be fixed to allow Stewards to question further witnesses in regard to this matter.
