Performance Management is a process used by RWWA to identify individual initiatives that cascade directly from RWWA's operational plans. All employees have a significant role to play in the successful operation and development of RWWA as a business.
RWWA recognises that provision of internal and external training is an integral part of developing our employees to meet current and future business needs and address individual career development goals.

The Employee Assistance Program is a service designed to identify and address personal or work related problems that staff may be experiencing, which could be detrimental to personal well being or work performance.
RWWA has engaged an external provider to provide the EAP program or counselling service for employees and their families. The service is completely confidential and free of charge to employees.
RWWA is committed to providing a safe, productive and harmonious workplace for all its employees so we can work effectively without fear of discrimination or harassment.
Parking at Head Office and the majority of our workplaces is within close proximity and free of charge.
Membership to RWWA social club is open to all staff of RWWA. The social club is very active and holds functions such as Sundowners, Dinner/Dances, Eagles/Dockers seating raffles, discounted movie nights, family events etc.
RWWA’s leave conditions are considerably better than many employers, including paid parental leave, long service leave after 7 years, annual leave loading, and 13 days personal leave. Employees may also purchase additional leave. (Note: some entitlements differ for casual employees.)
All employees working in areas with direct and regular face-to-face customer contact are provided with RWWA corporate dress.
All staff members are issued with an ID/access card, All visitors to RWWA must be signed in and out by a staff member and must be issued a visitors pass.
RWWA recognises the value of its many long serving employees. The contribution made by such employees to the ongoing success of the organisation is significant and worthy of recognition. Employee service awards are presented to employees who have attained ten (10) years of service and thereafter upon completion of each additional five (5) year period of service.
RWWA salaries are reviewed annually to remain competitive with the market.
