The Racing and Wagering Western Australia Act 2003 requires RWWA to produce a Statement of Corporate Intent which in this instance reflects the 2007/2008 financial year and in particular sets out RWWA's objectives, main undertakings for the year, the nature and scope of the functions proposed to be performed, performance targets and accounting policies.
