In the short time I have been at RWWA I have been made to feel very welcome. In an organisation that spans a number of offices and locations, along with the broader industry it impacts, one is reminded of the size and scope of the working environment we contribute to. It is truly fascinating to see so many aspects of the industry housed under one roof, not only the three codes, but the very real interface of racing and wagering, complete with a Call Centre and Radio Station - a Scenario not replicated anywhere else in Australia.

I was initially attracted to RWWA because of its innovative and eye-catching recruitment branding. As I delved in to learn more about the business and the pivotal role that RWWA plays in the industry, I have continued to become increasingly attached to the organisation and its' people. I attribute this to the contagious enthusiasm and passion of the staff who work for RWWA. The combination of an intriguing, forward-thinking, challenging, yet fun industry, operated by a diverse bunch of approachable, professional and engaged staff, makes RWWA a 'Sure-Fire Winner' for me as an employee.
