Miss Slick has box one, Red Shilling has the form, while Bridie's Colour has the best qualifying time.
Phil's Mate, Miss Swip and Smashing Jen also have heat wins to their name and their respective trainers would fancy their chances.
Saturday night's Paradise Street Trophy (642m) at Cannington is a wide open affair with virtually all runners having valid claims.
Red Shilling is the standout in terms of current form, with eight wins from 11 starts at Cannington including five in row over this distance, but has drawn awkwardly in box six and there's plenty of speed on her inside.
Despite the challenge at hand trainer Troy Iwanyk remains up-beat about Red Shilling's prospects.
"This race is definitely a big test for her and she meets a very talented field here but she's racing with a fair bit of confidence at the moment," he said.
"She's improving with every run and I don't believe that we've seen the best of her yet."
With only one start in WA Bridie's Colour remains something of an unknown quantity but if she can reproduce last week's run of 37.56 she will be a big show.
The greyhound world has been waiting for Perth Cup winner Miss Slick to return to her brilliant best but so far she has failed to live up to expectations.
Miss Slick had every chance in last week's heats but was rundown by a more powerful Red Shilling.
She has another opportunity from the prized red alley in the final.
In the next box over is Phil's Mate for the in-form Joe Dailly kennel.
Phil's Mate has won four of his past seven and ran a personal best 37.64 last start.
The Paradise Street Trophy (Race 6) jumps at 8:53 on Saturday night.
