The RWWA Stewards have been advised by the Racing Chemistry Laboratory in Perth that the post race urine sample taken from the Greyhound BILLY JOE BACH after it had won Race 1 at Mandurah on Monday,17th November 2008 contained the prohibited substance Flunixin.
This finding has been confirmed by Racing Analytical Services Limited in Victoria.
An inquiry into this report will be conducted in the RWWA Stewards room at Cannington Greyhound Centre on Monday 12th January 2009 at 10.00am. Mr Bill Ray the Trainer of BILLY JOE BACH has been requested to attend this inquiry.
