Being an active part of the greyhound racing scene is easy, fun and affordable and with prizemoney on the rise, owning a greyhound can pay dividends too.

Like most things in life, making the right decisions and having a slice of luck are important so here is some helpful advice to get you started on the right path.

Owning a greyhound can be done as an individual, or with a group of friends. In both cases, owners will be required to be licensed with Racing and Wagering Western Australia (RWWA) where an application form needs to be completed and a 2 year fee paid.
