To celebrate the 2008 SKY Channel Perth Cup Carnival, Racing and Wagering WA and Greyhounds WA are running a major promotion for one lucky person and three of their friends to win their very own greyhound!

This fantastic prize valued at $15,000, includes equal ownership of the greyhound between four people, 12 months training fees as well as licensing and registration costs.

The lucky winner and their friends will be the proud owners of DYNASTY, a 2yo red fawn bitch by Whisky Assassin out of Shy Token.

DYNASTY has already enjoyed a promising start to her career, having had 6 wins, 7 seconds and 2 thirds from 22 starts in NSW.

DYNASTY will be trained in WA by Southern River trainer, Mark Morrone.

Morrone will be trialling DYNASTY on Saturday April 5 at Cannington and is looking forward to her first race in WA on the final night of the Carnival, Saturday April 12. This will be the first race DYNASTY runs for her new owners.

“She’s a good little girl who is improving every week and should be ready to go on Perth Cup night,” he said.

The promotion commences on Saturday March 29 and concludes on Saturday April 12, the last night of the Carnival which sees the running of the Group 1 Perth Cup and Galaxy Finals.

Entry in this promotion is easy. Just be on-course at Greyhounds WA Cannington any Saturday night during the promotional period and fill in your coupon to be in the running.

The prize will be drawn on the final night of the Carnival and as added incentive to be on-course a bonus $500 betting voucher will be given to the winner if they are present for the draw.
