Eligible participants in the promotion agree to abide by the terms and conditions set out in this document (‘Terms and Conditions’).

The TAB e-news plus 'Win a TV' promotional period operates from Thursday 16 October and closes 12 midday Thursday 23 October 2008.
The winner of the competition will be drawn on Thursday 23 October 2008 at 3pm. The winner will be contacted by phone on the draw date, with their name published in the Racing Edge and Off Side publications on Friday 24 October 2008.
To be eligible for entry, customers must subscribe to Racing Edge, Off Side or On the Punt TAB e-newsletters during the promotional period. A valid subscription via the RWWA subscription page must be completed, including name, email address and contact telephone number, to be eligible for entry.
Only one subscription for each newsletter per customer will be accepted for entry.
Entrants into this promotion must be 18 years of age or older.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of the e-newsletter subscription and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who manipulates the entry process or supplies invalid information that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Entrants become eligible to win a Panasonic 42 inch plasma television.
The prize is not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for the cash value of the prize. The promoter is not responsible for any error, omission or failure to deliver agreed goods or services provided by suppliers or contractors.
Delivery of the television is only available within the Perth metropolitan area. Winners living outside the Perth metropolitan area are responsible for their own delivery costs. RWWA will not be responsible for installation costs.
The promoters accept no responsibility for any accident, loss, injury or damage to any individual or property arising out of or in connection with the competition or the competition prize, either during or after the competition.
Employees and immediate families of the promoter and its agencies and suppliers and contractors to this promotion are not eligible to enter.
For the purpose of this promotion, immediate families is defined as Mother, Father, sister, brother, spouse (including de facto), offspring, living in the same premises as those nominated in condition 13.
By entering this promotion, entrants agree to be photographed and have their images used by the promoter for promotional purposes without payment.
The promoter will collect your name and contact details in order to include you in this promotion. Entry constitutes entrants’ consent to receive promotional emails and SMS promoting Racing and Wagering Western Australia and TAB marketing offers and information. Recipients of the TAB e-newsletters can unsubscribe at any time by following the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email.
