Bunbury Cup Trade Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Eligible participants in the promotion agree to abide by the terms and conditions set out in this document ('Terms and Conditions').
2. The promoter is: Racing and Wagering Western Australia (RWWA) 14 Hasler Road Osborne Park, Western Australia, 6017 ABN 21 347 055 603.
3. The Bunbury Cup competition operates during the promotional period from 10am AWST Friday 26 February and closes midnight Thursday 4 March 2010.
4. To be eligible for entry, customers must answer the question "Which horse won last year's Bunbury Cup". Entries will only be collected online at tabozbet.com.au.
5. Entrants must also fill out all of the indicated mandatory contact details on the entry form.
6. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of the entry and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who manipulates the entry process or supplies invalid information that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
8. Entrants become eligible to win a VIP experience at the Bunbury Cup on March 11, 2010, valued at over $2,000. The prize includes:
   1. Four entry tickets to the RWWA marquee at the Bunbury Cup, including food and beverages
   2. Two nights' accommodation at the Mantra Hotel Bunbury on 10th and 11th March 2010. Accommodation consists of two standard rooms.
   3. Transfers to and from the track by Down South Luxury Limousines
9. The prize is not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for the cash value of the prize. The promoter is not responsible for any error, omission or failure to deliver agreed goods or services provided by suppliers or contractors.
10. The eligible entrant chosen as the winner must provide proof of identity.
11. The promoters accept no responsibility for any accident, loss, injury or damage to any individual or property arising out of or in connection with the competition or the competition prize, either during or after the competition.
12. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. Employees and immediate families of the promoter and its agencies and suppliers and contractors to this promotion are not eligible to enter.
14. For the purpose of this promotion, immediate families is defined as Mother, Father, sister, brother, spouse (including de facto), offspring, living in the same premises as those nominated in condition 18.
15. The account holder must be a resident of Australia to be eligible to receive the prize.
16. By entering this promotion, entrants agree to be photographed and have their name and images used by the promoter for promotional purposes without payment.
17. The promoter will collect your name and contact details in order to include you in this promotion. Entry constitutes entrants' consent to receive promotional emails and SMS promoting Racing and Wagering Western Australia and TAB marketing offers and information. Customers have the option to decline promotional messages by contacting RWWA on 1300 36 36 88, or by emailing 'unsubscribe' to newsletters@rwwa.com.au.
18. Entrants into this promotion must be 18 years of age or older.
19. The prize draw will take place at Racing and Wagering WA on Friday 5th March 2010. The winner will be contacted by phone on the draw date, with their name promoted using the following media channels (but not limited to): Racing Radio, tabozbet.com.au and TABform.
