Terms & Conditions

1. Instructions on how to enter, prize details and other information contained within the promotional advertisements form part of these terms and conditions.
2. To enter coupons must be collected from TABform & returned with all details completed to reach RWWA by Friday, August 29.
3. The promoter is Racing and Wagering Western Australia (RWWA), ABN 21 347 055 603 in conjunction with West Australian Newspapers.
4. Only original coupons published within TABFORM are valid. Photocopies and facsimiles are not valid.
5. Entries close Friday 29th August. The prize will be drawn live on Racing Radio on the morning of Wed 3rd Spetember 2008 and the winner will be the first correct entry drawn. The winner will be notified by telephone.
6. The first valid entry drawn from all entries will win a trip for two people to Singapore valued at approximately $4,000. The prize includes two return economy airfares to Singapore with carrier and dates to be confirmed. 5 nights accommodation at the SWISSOTEL SINGAPORE STAMFORD, return airport/hotel transfers, 2 entries to the Singapore Gold Cup meeting 2008, dates to be confirmed. The prize (or any part thereof) is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken for cash except with the express permission of RWWA. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
7. Flights originate from Perth only and air tickets must be used in conjunction with the trip.
8. Meals and transfer fees (other than specified), excess baggage and any other personal expenses including but not limited to child minding and travel insurances not specified in the prize package must be paid for by the winner.
9. Airline tickets are valid for travel on best available at time of booking only, over the specified routing and in the stated class of travel. Passenger names must be advised by 30/09/2008 and are non changeable. Travel restrictions may apply. Frequent Flyer points cannot be earned or accumulated in respect of prize flights.
10. Travellers must have a valid passport and any cost to obtain a passport and/or Australian re-entry visa must be paid by the winner.
11. All entrants must be over the age of 18 years.
12. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow the winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the Promoter determines, in its absolute discretion, that the winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to safely participate in the prize.
13. Employees of RWWA, TABFORM, The West Australian Newspapers Limited Group and their subsidiaries and immediate family are ineligible to enter.
14. For the purpose of this promotion, immediate families is defined as Mother, Father, Sister, Brother, Spouse (including de facto), offspring, living in the same premises as those nominated in condition 11.
15. Entry into this competition signifies acceptance of all conditions. The Promoters’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. By entering this promotion, entrants agree to accept unsolicited promotional emails promoting Racing and Wagering Western Australia and TAB and any in-house promotions that fall under the business umbrella.
17. By entering this promotion, entrants agree to be photographed and have their images used by the promoter for promotional purposes without payment.

4. The winner’s prize to be paid will form the amount of $500 for the first entry drawn from eligible accounts that meet all Terms & Conditions.
5. To be eligible for the cash prize participants must open a new TAB account within the defined promotional period and place a minimum of $20 worth of bets before the end of the promotional period.
6. Entrants must provide their home contact number, postal address and email address.
7. The cash prize will be deposited to the winners account by Friday August 22, 2008.
8. Only new accounts will be eligible and must be opened via tabozbet.com.au.

10. This promotion is not open to current account holders.
