Racing and Wagering Western Australia (RWWA) has made a commitment to the reconciliation between Indigenous and non Indigenous Australians. The vision for reconciliation at RWWA is to achieve a society where Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australians are treated equally and have access to equal opportunities both in employment and within our wider society.
To achieve this aim RWWA has created a Reconciliation Action Plan with key measurable targets making a commitment to move towards a true multi cultural business with respect to both our business operations and internal organisational structure.
The plan creates a framework documenting measurable targets and steps that RWWA has committed to, which will help build positive relationships between Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australians.
