Request for Proposal: Integrated Application Package (Including CRM functionality)

Racing and Wagering WA (RWWA) is seeking external organisations with a proven track record to supply and successfully implement an integrated application package which can:

• Capture and maintain core data for people and organisations with which RWWA conducts business
• Open, close and administer RWWA betting accounts
• Tracks assets installed at branch locations including defects and repairs on these assets
• Be configured and customised in a manner to allow additional entities and associated functionality to be defined
• Be integrated with other applications in a manner that complies with RWWA architectural standards
• Runs on either AIX or Windows server platform

Interested parties should contact RWWA to receive a Request For Proposal (RFP) package which outlines the terms and conditions of the contract and the detailed requirements. On evaluation and selection of a preferred vendor, a pilot implementation will be undertaken before proceeding to a full implementation.
