Mrs Nicole Bell the Secretary of the Northam Race Club has advised RWWA Stewards that 20mls of rain had been recorded in the Northam region over night and the area had experienced a further light shower of rain this morning.
The Northam track is currently rated as slow and the meeting scheduled for Thursday, 17 July 2008 is expected to go ahead as scheduled.
However, as there is the possibility that the Northam region may experience further rain the RWWA Stewards will conduct an inspection of the Northam track tomorrow morning Thursday, 17 July 2008 and an announcement will made by 7 a.m. on Racing Radio.
