The Rules of racing provide the ability for owners of racing/breeding animals to lease their animals to other parties under prescribed arrangements and rental fees.

The following forms are to be used for the various types of Leases available:

Lease Agreement Thoroughbred Racehorse ( PDF 357KB )
Thoroughbred Cancellation of Lease Agreement ( PDF 120KB )

Upon completion of the relevant application forms, they should be submitted to Licensing and Registrations (including prescribed fees) for processing.
