For racing syndicates that are not governed by the related provisions administered by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), the ownership of racing animals may be vested with a Syndicate registered in accordance with the relevant rules of racing.
For further information on syndication rules and regulations, please refer section AR69 of RWWA's Rules for Thoroughbred Racing.
