A Brief History Of The Club

The Yalgoo Races have been run every year since the town boasted seven hotels in its busy streets back in the gold rush days. Most of the buildings have gone but Yalgoo still retains the touch of the pioneering spirit through the races which are held at the picturesuque heritage former railway station. The Yalgoo Races is held one day a year, we have a great day that includes something for the whole family. We have an airstrip that was upgraded by Oxiana which we affectionately call the "International Airport" so you and your friends could charter a plane. We have camping areas so that you don't have to drive home afterwards. You will be well looked after with meals and cleansing ales. This year we have attracted several dignitaries who are keen to participate in the day.

$30 for the year. This includes entry on Raceday, a race book and numerous other benefits.

Gate Entry

$15 and Racebooks are $5
