Rob Bransby has more than 35 years’ experience in business, financial services and the health sector. Rob stepped down from his full time role as Managing Director of HBF Health Limited in 2017, a position he had held since 2008. During Rob's 12 years at HBF, the organisation consolidated its position as Western Australia's leading health fund, reaffirming its focus on member health and embarking on an ambitious strategy to become a valued health partner to HBF members. Rob has long held a leadership position within the health insurance sector and is the immediate past President of the industry association, Private Healthcare Australia (PHA). Rob is well known for championing the interests of health fund members and as an advocate for not-for-profit health insurers. Prior to working at HBF, Rob enjoyed a successful 25 year career in banking with NAB holding positions including Corporate Finance Manager – Corporate Banking Western Australia, Head of Business Financial Services – New South Wales and CEO – Medfin Finance. Rob is currently a Director of the Australian Digital Health Agency, Synergy, Craig Mostyn Group and Chairman of Commonwealth Financial Planning Limited, BW Financial Advice Limited, Count Financial Limited, Financial Wisdom Limited and the Australian Health Insurance Alliance. He is also a Commissioner of the Insurance Commission of Western Australia.

Gary is the nominated Code Director for Greyhounds and has previously been a Licensed Owner through syndication. He is currently the Managing Director of Braxford Consultancy, a firm specialising in Corporate Governance, Probity and Audit related services. Gary has operated the South Perth based practice since 2001 and has developed a prominent presence for audit related services in the infrastructure and statutory services space. He has previously served five years as a Board Member of a large Aged Care organisation and was formerly a Director with one of the big four accounting firms. Based in Perth he was responsible for providing enterprise risk and audit related services to both private and public sector clients. Gary has also worked in the WA State Government having line management audit roles in the Water Corporation and Ministry of Justice. He is currently Chair of the RWWA Audit and Risk Committee.

Anthony is one of WA’s leading communications consultants and heads the largest independently owned agency in Western Australia assisting corporations with public relations, branding, design and digital communications. Prior to establishing Clarity he played a senior role in another consultancy and spent six years in the United Kingdom working in the construction, engineering and energy sectors in corporate and government communications roles. He is a former Board member of the Enirgi Metals Group, which operates the Australian subsidiaries of the international Enirgi Group. Anthony is Chairman of Western Australia’s leading visual arts organization Artsource. Anthony is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). He started his career as a journalist after graduating from the University of Western Australia in 1988.
Kirrilee is a director, BRW Enterprises Pty Ltd (WA), along with her husband in their broad acre agricultural enterprise and operates as administration manager for the business. Currently Kirrilee is a board member for the Mid West Development Commission, and Regional Development Australia- Mid West and Gascoyne, Indian Ocean Territories Region, and Shire Councillor, Shire of Chapman Valley. Stephen is a corporate adviser, company director and entrepreneur. Stephen has founded and operated a number of companies in the consumer digital and information technology sectors including Australian streaming pioneer ASX- listed Quickflix, management consulting and solutions group Change Corporation and web development company Method + Madness. His earlier corporate career was in funds management. Stephen served on the board of film funding agency ScreenWest for 10 years until 2017 and currently serves on the board of mental healthcare group Richmond Wellbeing. Stephen has a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Western Australia. He has an interest in foreign affairs and is a member of the Australian Institute of International Affairs.
