Australian Pacing Gold is Australia’s leading standardbred sales company, conducting annual yearling sales in New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and Western Australia.
Australian Pacing Gold has a well-earned reputation for quality. Last season, APG Sales Graduates were crowned Australian 2yo Pacing Colt/Gelding of the Year (The Storm Inside), Australian 3yo Pacing Colt/Gelding of the Year (Our Waikiki Beach) and joint Grand Circuit Champion (Smolda).
Besides its reputation for offering Australia’s best yearlings, APG also offers buyers the opportunity to compete in the richest two-year old sales series and bonus scheme in the Southern Hemisphere.
Only graduates from the APG yearlings sales are eligible to sustain for the APG Two-Year Old Race Series which carries over $1million in prizemoney, and features $10,000 heats, $350,000 Group One finals and $30,000 Group Three consolation finals.
In addition, APG runs a lucrative Gold Bonus Scheme, which sees owners of an eligible horse (or registered lessee(s) in the case of a leased horse) receive an APG Gold Bonus Certificate upon their horses first 2yo win in any officially sanctioned race offering minimum stakes of over $1,000.
