Off The Track Sponsorship

You must be:

• Run by an association or organisation
• Eastern States, national or international qualifier or running an event where only off the track horses are eligible to enter
• Able to show how many off the track horses have competed at your event previously with a minimum average number of 20 percent
• Dedicated social media channels for the event
• Website relating to the event or association organising it
• Printed official program for the event highlighting the off the track competitors

What OTT will provide for your event:

• Ribbons and prizes provided for off the track horses in agreed classes
• $2,000 towards the running of your event
• OTT to provide promotional merchandise and flyers to go in competitor gift packs (if applicable), please note limits apply

What OTT will receive for the sponsorship of your event:

• Full page advertisement in the official program
• An individual social post announcing OTT as a sponsor
• OTT to be tagged in all relevant social media posts pre, during and post event
• OTT logo and link to OTT website on the event website, entry form and program
• Opportunity to display signage and/or use of an OTT jump where applicable
• PA announcements throughout the event referencing OTT as a sponsor
• Naming rights to an agreed class/s
• A full list of OTT horses that entered the event with their racing name and competition name. If racing name not known, microchip and/or brands to be supplied
• A minimum of 10 high resolution official photographs to be supplied to OTT of off the track horses competing throughout the event for OTT to use for promotional purposes
• Complete a post-event report to be provided to OTT (template provided)

You must be:

• OTT to provide promotional merchandise and flyers to go in competitor gift packs (if applicable), please note limits apply

What Off The Track will receive for the sponsorship of your event:

• Half Page advertising opportunity in official program if applicable
• Opportunity for OTT to display signage
• OTT logo and link to OTT website on the event website, entry form and program where applicable
• OTT to be tagged in all relevant social media posts pre, during and post event
• A full list of OTT horses that entered the event with their racing name and competition name. If racing name not known, microchip and/or brands to be supplied
• A minimum of 5 high resolution official photographs to be supplied to OTT of off the track horses competing throughout the event
• Complete a post-event report to be provided to OTT (template provided)

You must be:

• Run by a small club or association

What OTT will provide for your event:

• Ribbons and prizes provided for off the track horses in agreed classes

What OTT will receive for the sponsorship of your event:

• OTT to be tagged in all relevant social media posts pre, during and post event
• A full list of OTT horses that entered the event with their racing name and competition name. If racing name not known, microchip and/or brands to be supplied
• A minimum of 5 high resolution official photographs to be supplied to OTT of off the track horses competing throughout the event
• Complete a post-event report to be provided to OTT (template provided)

You must be:

• Competing at an elite level in your chosen equestrian discipline on an off the track horse

What OTT will provide:

• $5,000 towards the care of your off the track horse, entry fees and general costs
• $1,500 of agreed OTT promotional merchandise, for example:
  – Rugs
  – Boots/Bandages
  – Halter and lead rope
  – Saddle blankets
  – Ear bonnets
  – Feed/hay bags
  – Caps
  – Shirts
  – Jackets
• Magnetic signage to be displayed on float or truck

What OTT will receive for the sponsorship:

• Rider to display signage at major events around stabling/yard area
• OTT to be tagged in all relevant social media posts (minimum two posts per event)
• Take part in OTT promotional activities upon request (subject to rider availability)
• Promotional merchandise to be worn during relevant photo opportunities, lessons, clinics, interviews and competitions where appropriate
• High resolution photo of horse and rider in OTT merchandise to be used in promotional activities
• End of year report to be provided to OTT (template to be provided)

You must be:

• Selected or qualified for and travelling to compete at an eastern states, national or international event of your OTT horse

What OTT will provide for your event:

• $1,000 towards travelling to the event
• $500 worth of agreed OTT promotional merchandise, for example:
  – Rugs
  – Boots/Bandages
  – Halter and lead rope
  – Saddle blankets
  – Ear bonnets
  – Feed/hay bags
  – Caps
  – Shirts
  – Jackets

What OTT will receive for the sponsorship of your event:

• Rider to display signage around stabling/yard area at event
• OTT to be tagged in all relevant social media posts (minimum five posts)
• Promotional merchandise to be worn during relevant photo opportunities, lessons, clinics, interviews and competitions where appropriate
• High resolution photo of horse and rider in OTT merchandise to be used in promotional activities
